You can find our general data protection declaration on the handling of personal data here.

Legal basis of data processing

In order to be able to offer you our website and the associated services, we process personal data on the basis of the following legal bases:

  • consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a) DSGVO)
  • for the performance of contracts (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b) DSGVO
  • on the basis of a balance of interests (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f) DSGVO)
  • to fulfil a legal obligation (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c) DSGVO)

In connection with the respective processing, we will refer to the corresponding terms so that you can classify the basis on which we process personal data.

If personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.

If we process data on the basis of a weighing of interests, you as the data subject have the right to object to the processing of personal data, taking into account the provisions of Art. 21 DSGVO.

Which data is processed?

Contact details

When contacting the provider (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), the user's details will be stored for the duration of the processing.

For the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise, the data will be forwarded on the basis of your enquiry to our mail server, the operation of which we have commissioned to a company in the course of order processing in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO. The proper fulfilment of the contract is secured by a separate contract for the processing of orders.

Your data will be archived for 10 years if an order is placed. Otherwise the data will be deleted one month after completion of the request.

Applicant Data

We process the data that you have sent us in connection with an application in order to check your suitability for the position (or any other open positions in our company) and to carry out the application procedure. The legal basis for processing your personal data in this application procedure is primarily § 26 BDSG in the version applicable from 25.05.2018. Accordingly, the processing of the data required in connection with the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship is permissible. Should the data be necessary for legal prosecution after completion of the application procedure, it may be processed on the basis of the requirements of Art. 6 DSGVO, in particular to safeguard legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.

In the event of rejection, the data of applicants will be deleted after 6 months. In the event that you have agreed to further storage of your personal data, we will transfer your data to our applicant pool. There the data will be deleted after two years. If you have been awarded a position as part of the application process, the data will be transferred from the applicant data system to our personnel information system.

Your applicant data will be viewed by the personnel department after receipt of your application. Suitable applications will then be forwarded internally to the department managers responsible for the respective open position. Then the further procedure will be coordinated. In the company only those persons have access to your data who need it for the proper course of our application procedure.

Access Data / Server Logfiles

The provider (or his web space provider) collects data about each access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes:

Name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, user's operating system, referrer URL (previously visited page), IP address and requesting provider.

The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently check the log data if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use on the basis of concrete indications.

Dealing with personal data

Personal data is information with the help of which a person can be identified, i.e. information that can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or telephone number. But also data about preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites were viewed by someone count as personal data.

Personal data will only be collected, used and passed on by the provider if this is permitted by law or if the user consents to the collection of such data.

Newsletter

With the newsletter we inform you about us and our offers.

If you wish to receive the newsletter, we need a valid email address from you and information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the email address provided or that the owner agrees to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected. This data will only be used to send the newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties.

With the registration to the newsletter we store your IP address and the date of the registration. This storage serves solely as proof in the event that a third party misuses an email address and registers for receiving the newsletter without the knowledge of the authorised party.

You can revoke your consent to the storage of data, your email address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time. The revocation can be made via a link in the newsletters themselves, via our website or by sending a message to the contact options listed above.

Cookies

Cookies are used on our Internet pages. Cookies are small text information that are stored in your terminal device via your browser. The cookies are necessary to enable certain functions of our Internet pages. We use session cookies, which are automatically deleted from your browser immediately after you have finished visiting our website. In the area of web analysis, however, we also use so-called persistent cookies which are not automatically deleted after the end of your visit to our website. You have the option of preventing the setting of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your browser. However, we would like to point out that the use of our Internet pages may then only be possible to a limited extent. Cookies do not install or start any programs or other applications on your computer. The use of cookies is based on a weighing of interests. Our interest is the user-friendly visit to our Internet pages.

Integration of third-party services and content

It may happen that contents of third parties, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") use the IP address of the user. Without the IP address, they would not be able to send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We make every effort to use only those contents whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the contents. However, we have no influence on whether the third party providers store the IP address for statistical purposes, for example. As far as this is known to us, we inform the users about it.

Google Analytics

This website uses the web analysis tool "Google Analytics", which is offered as a service by Google Ireland Limited. The purpose of the use is to "tailor this website to meet your needs", which is carried out on the basis of a weighing of interests. Web analysis also enables us to identify and correct errors on the website, e.g. due to incorrect links. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. So-called "client IDs" are used, which serve to create pseudonymous usage profiles that jointly record the use of the Internet pages by desktop computers and mobile end devices by a user.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, since we have activated IP anonymisation on this website and have concluded a corresponding contract with Google, your IP address will be shortened by Google in advance within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

Google in the USA is certified according to the so-called "Privacy Shield" (list entry). Google guarantees an adequate level of data protection.

You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).

Alternatively, especially on mobile devices, you can prevent Google Analytics from capturing data by clicking the following link. An opt-out cookie will then be set to prevent your data from being collected in the future when you visit this website. To permanently deactivate the use of Google Analytics for the websites of PROCLANE Commerce GmbH and PROCLANE Integration GmbH, please click the following link. Deactivating Google Analytics

Google Web Fonts

We use so-called Google Web Fonts on our Internet pages. In the process, Google loads fonts from servers that serve to improve the design of the website. The data processing takes place on the basis of a weighing of interests, whereby our interest consists in an appealing organization of the Internet side.

These fonts are downloaded from Google's servers, which are usually located in the United States. Google guarantees an adequate level of data protection: Listeneintrag "Privacy Shield".

Purposes of the processing of personal data

We process the aforementioned data for the operation of our website and for the fulfilment of contractual obligations towards our customers or the protection of our legitimate interests.

In the case of inquiries from you outside of an active customer relationship, we process the data for the purposes of sales and advertising. You can object to the use of your personal data for advertising purposes at any time.

Voluntary information

If you voluntarily provide us with data, e.g. in forms, and these are not necessary for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations, we process these data in the justified assumption that the processing and use of these data is in your interest.

Recipients / Disclosure of data

Data that you provide to us will not be passed on to third parties. In particular, your data will not be passed on to third parties for their advertising purposes.

However, we may use service providers for the operation of these Internet pages or for other products or services from us. We select our service providers carefully - in particular with regard to data protection and data security - and take all measures required under data protection law for permissible data processing.

Data processing outside the European Union

Insofar as personal data is processed outside the European Union, you can see this in the previous remarks.
