You can find our general data protection declaration on the handling of personal data here.
Legal basis of data processing
In order to be able to offer you our website and the associated services, we process personal data on the basis of the following legal bases:
- consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a) DSGVO)
- for the performance of contracts (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b) DSGVO
- on the basis of a balance of interests (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f) DSGVO)
- to fulfil a legal obligation (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c) DSGVO)
In connection with the respective processing, we will refer to the corresponding terms so that you can classify the basis on which we process personal data.
If personal data is processed on the basis of your consent, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.
If we process data on the basis of a weighing of interests, you as the data subject have the right to object to the processing of personal data, taking into account the provisions of Art. 21 DSGVO.
Which data is processed?
Contact details
When contacting the provider (e.g. via contact form or e-mail), the user's details will be stored for the duration of the processing.
For the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event that follow-up questions arise, the data will be forwarded on the basis of your enquiry to our mail server, the operation of which we have commissioned to a company in the course of order processing in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO. The proper fulfilment of the contract is secured by a separate contract for the processing of orders.
Your data will be archived for 10 years if an order is placed. Otherwise the data will be deleted one month after completion of the request.
Applicant Data
We process the data that you have sent us in connection with an application in order to check your suitability for the position (or any other open positions in our company) and to carry out the application procedure. The legal basis for processing your personal data in this application procedure is primarily § 26 BDSG in the version applicable from 25.05.2018. Accordingly, the processing of the data required in connection with the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship is permissible. Should the data be necessary for legal prosecution after completion of the application procedure, it may be processed on the basis of the requirements of Art. 6 DSGVO, in particular to safeguard legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.
In the event of rejection, the data of applicants will be deleted after 6 months. In the event that you have agreed to further storage of your personal data, we will transfer your data to our applicant pool. There the data will be deleted after two years. If you have been awarded a position as part of the application process, the data will be transferred from the applicant data system to our personnel information system.
Your applicant data will be viewed by the personnel department after receipt of your application. Suitable applications will then be forwarded internally to the department managers responsible for the respective open position. Then the further procedure will be coordinated. In the company only those persons have access to your data who need it for the proper course of our application procedure.

The provider (or his web space provider) collects data about each access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes:

The provider uses the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the offer. However, the provider reserves the right to subsequently check the log data if there is a justified suspicion of illegal use on the basis of concrete indications.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will generally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. However, since we have activated IP anonymisation on this website and have concluded a corresponding contract with Google, your IP address will be shortened by Google in advance within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
